I find it interesting that Australia reports on this, but I found no mention of it on the NYT and had to dig for it at USA Today.  Go US Swimming!

Also Moderate Drinking Associated with Better Cognition in Women in Manhattan with an average age of 69.  But I hold out hope that it might be true for women in AZ in their 30s too.

Need to clean up the apartment, do dishes and laundry.  Need to clean myself up, shower and shave.  Need to write.  Will probably read and listen to podcasts more than I should.  My state of mind (and body) is not as spiffy as it was yesterday.
