Saw Spider-man 3.  They should win every applicable special effects Oscar for the rise of Sandman sequence.  They did a good job of balancing out the three villains too, though I don’t care for the “oh, by the way, that one guy wasn’t the guy that killed your uncle.”  I find that sort of coincidence to be pretty annoying.  It also had some slow parts that could have been abbreviated.  And I spent most of the movie thinking Emo-Parker to myself.

Before the movie, I ran intervals.  I sprinted *cough* for 30 seconds and then recovered for two minutes.  It sounds pretty weenie (and is) but it’s still work and a nice change from jogging.
