The Amazon.com kerfuffle, for those in my non-literary circle of acquaintances (aka Facebook):
Mark R. Probst – Amazon Follies
Amazon de-ranks so-called adult books, including National Book Award winner | Jacket Copy | Los Angeles Times
Open Letter to Amazon Regarding Recent Policy Changes | Booksquare
*facepalm* As poisoninjest put it,

Amazon probably wasn’t stupid enough to do this on purpose (although they clearly were stupid enough to not prevent it).

Also attempting to get through Misogyny before it goes back to the library Tuesday and dragging myself through Body Rides.

I had a really good week last week. So good that on Friday night I kind of wondered if I had forgotten to do something important. Repeating the feat would be a good thing, and maybe it was because I got quite a bit done last Sunday. I don’t want to make Sunday an all-out work day, but it’s nice to start the week with the laundry done and the apartment in decent shape. I might do my OMM post tonight, though I do have firm plans to watch Doctor Who and eat ice cream (I’ll be trying out Haagen-Dazs Ginger five ingredient ice cream). Tomorrow, I am going to head up to the mall to purchase 1/2 Peeps, so maybe OMM and a few other things tonight is a good idea.
