First Book of the Year 2014

Happy New Year!

Hosted by Shelia of Book Journey

In the past, I haven’t paid to much attention to my first book of the year, but maybe it’s time for a new tradition!

My New Year’s Day book will be Dunninger’s Complete Encyclopedia of Magic by Joseph Dunninger:

Dunninger's Complete Encyclopedia of Magic

Famous tricks and mysterious feats of magic are explained by a master magician.

It’s a slightly over-sized hardback, richly illustrated, originally published in 1967. My edition is a reprint from 1988. I bought it a week or so ago at Bookmans.
