- Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea by Jules Verne – For #20BooksOfSummer. I’m about 1/3 of the way through and am enjoying Verne and all his scientific details.
- Lizzie: The Letters of Elizabeth Chester Fisk 1864-1893 by Rex C. Myers – For #20BooksOfSummer and Wild West Challenge.
- Paradise Lost by John Milton – My Paradise Lost class starts today. This will be a reread for me. I’m amused that this is labeled as “Paradise #1” on Goodreads.

I’ve been watching through the films of Denis Villeneuve and I finally got to Sicario. Great flim. I’m not super interested in the sequel, but it is written by Taylor Sheridan so it might be worthwhile.)
…Doing?
Because I don’t have enough on my plate, I’m going to work my way through a watercolor painting course offered online through the library. I was feeling crafty and picked up a crochet project, but crocheting really does a number on my eyes. So, back to painting.
